From organic vineyards of the Monastrell varieties of 40 years and Syrah of 20 years, we select the best grapes and elaborate them carefully and separately. Concluded the alcoholic fermentation, it pass to French oak barrels where they remain 6 months. Velvety and friendly, it shows a good fruity intensity and clean finish with well-integrated wood notes, with an acidity that prints freshness. Clean, intense and tasty.
Optimum consumption temperature 16º / 18ºC. Suitable for all types of meats, legumes, rice, cheeses and pates.
