0. Introduction

These Conditions of Purchase and Use (the Conditions of Purchase) of the Barahonda page (www.barahonda.com) (the Web), apply to all operations carried out through the Web owned by the company BARAHONDA S.L. The legal data of BARAHONDA S.L. In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), they are contained in the “Legal Notice” section accessible from all the pages of the Web.

 

Access to the Web and its use presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of the Purchase Conditions. To purchase items on the Web, the user must accept these Conditions.

 

BARAHONDA S.L. You can modify or update all or part of the Purchase Conditions, taking into account any changes in current legislation and regulations. Each new version of the Purchase Conditions will be effective from the date of its publication on the Web. Please review the Purchase Conditions often. If you do not agree with any change that may occur in the Purchase Conditions, please do not use the Web.

 

When you purchase products on the Web, you will be required to provide certain personal information that must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects (see Privacy Policy).

 

The client is solely and exclusively responsible for the use of the Web and its contents, and BARAHONDA S.L. cannot be held responsible for the use of the website contrary to current legislation and regulations. If we observe that illegal activities are being carried out or these Purchase Conditions are being violated, we reserve the right to deny your access to the Website or any part of it, without the need for notification.

 

BARAHONDA S.L. offers the sale of its products through the Web only to final consumers. Final consumer is any natural person who buys on the Web for purposes other than business, commercial or professional activities.

 

BARAHONDA S.L. reserves the right to modify the commercial offer at any time by publishing it on the Web (modifications on prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). These modifications will not affect in any case the purchases already made.

1. Orders

They are only valid for shipments to mainland Spain. If you want to place an order from another place, please consult us at info@barahonda.com

All orders are shipped through courier companies with which we collaborate.

 

2. Procedures to be followed to purchase

To make a purchase, you must add the products that interest you in each product file to your shopping cart (by clicking on the “Add to cart” button) and then click on the “Finish Purchase” button in the window that will be charged once an item is loaded in the “cart”. Then it will be enough to fill in the fields of the purchase form and accept these purchase conditions and our Privacy Policy.

 

From the product file screens and the purchase form you will be able to access the Purchase Conditions, the price and description of the selected products and the shipping costs and deadlines.

 

The contract with BARAHONDA S.L. it is accepted at the moment we receive your order electronically and verify the veracity of all the data. Before sending your order, you are invited to read and accept the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirm that the data you have provided us with is correct.

 

After sending your order electronically, a screen will appear informing you of the order number and that the order has been placed. We recommend that you print this screen in case you do not receive the e-mail that we automatically issue informing you of the confirmation of your order and the number that corresponds to it.

 

BARAHONDA S.L. may refrain from accepting orders that do not have guarantees of solvency, that are incomplete or that refer to products that are not available. In any of these cases, you will be notified by e-mail that the contract has not been accepted, informing you of the reasons why it could not be carried out.

 

When you formalize your purchase in the way that we have indicated, you are accepting the Purchase Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the exchange and return conditions and all the contents of the Web. Remember that we can answer questions or help you at info@barahonda.com

 

The characteristics of each product are shown within their corresponding files on the Web. The products offered on the Website may not correspond to the actual details of the products since the images of the products may look different depending on the monitor or the web browser used.

3. Availability of products

All orders are subject to the availability of the products included in each order and, in this sense, if once paid there are difficulties in terms of supply, or if there are no items in stock, BARAHONDA S.L. will refund the customer any amount that may have paid for a product that finally can not be sent.

However, BARAHONDA S.L. will make its best efforts to keep the Web updated so that you can see which items are in stock and which are not.

4. Methods of purchase and payment

You can choose different ways to buy and pay at the Barahonda store, according to your preferences, and all of them offer you all the security guarantees:

 

Payment by card (debit or credit) using the payment platform of our online payment provider. These data are used exclusively to make the payment related to the corresponding order. BARAHONDA S.L. does not have in any case access to the data of debit or credit card numbers.

5. Form and shipping costs

All orders are shipped through courier companies with which we collaborate. You can find out the delivery times by sending an email to info@barahonda.com

 

In the event that the client is not present at the time of delivery at the indicated delivery address, the courier company will leave a notice (pass note) in the mailbox so that the client can contact them and agree on the most appropriate time for delivery. In any case, the courier company will try to deliver the order up to a maximum of 2 times. If after 2 attempts the order could not be delivered, the order will be returned to BARAHONDA S.L. And the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again, if he wants a new shipment.

 

The customer agrees to enable delivery by providing an address where the order can be made available, within the usual delivery hours (Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). The customer must also provide their telephone number (it is recommended to provide a mobile phone number) in the corresponding box when making the purchase, in order to be located by the courier company in the event that no one has been found at the address of delivery. In case of non-compliance by the client with these obligations, BARAHONDA S.L. will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the client.

The prices for shipping orders under 49€ are:

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 days. On special dates and discounts it may take up to 10 days.

6. Return Policy

SHIPPING COSTS: The stipulated shipping costs can be seen in the shopping cart when adding your item. They are only valid for shipments to mainland Spain. If you want to place an order from another place, please consult us at info@barahonda.com

 

All orders are shipped through courier companies with which we collaborate.

 

DELIVERY TIME: We normally take about two or three working days to prepare the order, plus another two or three days for shipping. So the delivery times are around a week. If the order is urgent, let us know in Observations and we will try to shorten the delivery time by using an express courier service (with the counterpart that the shipping costs will be more expensive).

 

In case the customer is not at the time of delivery at the delivery address indicated, the courier company will leave a notice (note of passage) in the mailbox so that the customer can contact them and agree the most appropriate time for delivery. In any case, the courier company will try to deliver the order up to a maximum of 2 times. If after 2 attempts the order could not be delivered the order will be returned to BARAHONDA S.L. and the customer will have to pay again the shipping costs, if he wants the shipment again.

 

Therefore, the customer agrees to enable delivery by providing an address where the order can be made available, within the usual delivery schedule (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18.00). Deliveries outside these hours are subject to a surcharge by the courier company and are therefore not accepted. The customer must also provide his telephone number (it is recommended to provide a cell phone number) in the corresponding box when making the purchase, in order to be located by the courier company in case no one is found at the delivery address. In case of non-compliance by the customer of these obligations, BARAHONDA S.L. will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

 

RETURNS: You have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days and we will refund the amount of the item or items returned. New shipping costs will be borne by the customer. To request a refund please write to info@barahonda.com and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.

 

EXCHANGES: Of course if you are not comfortable with the size you can always change it. The new shipping costs will be paid by the customer. On the web there are photos on each product with the measurements of each size provided by the manufacturer, please check them well before choosing your size to minimize the risk of having to make an exchange. To request an exchange please contact us at info@barahonda.com and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
