Made 100% with Monastrell grapes grown in dry land, from vineyards with more than 60 years and productions of less than 800 gr. by strain. Elaboration in small capacity deposits. Remained in 500 liters French barrels for nine months. Beautiful cherry red color, in the mouth it is wide and fruity, with light memories of toasted and chocolate, on the nose stand out spicy notes perfectly assembled with the fruit.
Consume between 16º / 18º C. Suitable for all types of red meat, stews, rice, cheeses and pates.
